Timeless architecture. Unforgettable moments.

The story of Sanctuary on Ridge begins in the early 1800s, when settlers in Ontario, New York built a place for faith and community. Their first church, completed in 1843, was a handcrafted cobblestone structure that stood proudly along Ridge Road—welcoming worship, weddings, and life’s most meaningful moments.

In 1915, the original church was replaced with the Tudor Revival–style building that still graces the property today, with its charming timbered details and leaded glass windows. The Sanctuary Hall, added in the 1920s, became a favorite gathering space filled with laughter, music, and community spirit.

In 2024, the church will open its doors as a beautiful and historic event space. The new owners have a mission of preserving its traditional historic beauty while providing a modern and functional event space.
